🔄 Your 10-Minute S-Band Morning Routine
⏱️ Do each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
Repeat the full circuit twice.
1. Band Squats
Target: Legs & glutes
Wrap the band around your thighs, feet shoulder-width apart. Sit back into a squat and drive up.
🔥 Tip: Keep tension on the band the whole time.
2. Standing Band Rows
Target: Back & arms
Step on the band with both feet, grab both handles, and pull elbows back like you’re rowing.
🔥 Tip: Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top.
3. Overhead Band Press
Target: Shoulders
Anchor the band under one foot. Press the band up overhead with control.
🔥 Tip: Engage your core to avoid arching your back.
4. Glute Kickbacks (Right Leg)
Target: Glutes
Anchor the band on your foot and hold the other end in your hand. Kick your leg straight back.
🔥 Tip: Keep your upper body stable and controlled.
5. Glute Kickbacks (Left Leg)
Repeat on the opposite side.
🔁 Repeat the circuit once more
💦 Optional finisher: 30 seconds of banded jumping jacks to fire up your heart rate!
🧘 Cool Down (2 minutes)
After the workout, take 2 minutes to stretch:
